In June 2002, Trevor Johnstone & Randy Ritchie launched JRPSI. The founders implemented their vision of leveraging their contacts and experience to help small, emerging and intermediate-sized energy companies successfully grow.
With the completion of over 500 executive search assignments through some of the most challenging economic times Canada and the world has ever faced, we continue to grow and adapt.
Ten years later, our vision and approach remain intact, and have now expanded to the international energy arena with the recent addition of staff with international recruitment experience. We now have over 60 years combined experience in the executive search industry.
